It's amusing to watch unsuspecting pededstrians getting dive bombed by an angry bird in downtown San Francisco, but one wonders. How long did the camera crew from CNN stand there to capture the footage?

And what made the bird go so crazy? Had it gotten a little too inspired after watching Hitchcock's "The Birds"? 

Apparently, the bird is just protecting its nest in a nearby tree.
