State to rape OHV Trust Fund (again) for non-OHV State Parks!

California's Legislatures want to steal money from the OHV Trust Fund cookie jar. Again.
They're trying to get more of our OHV generated money to fund non-OHV State Parks just like the $90 million they took last month. The money they took then was sacrificed to help fund our economic melt-down.
It's just more of the same irresponsible spending and grossly negligent behavior that got us into this Great Recession to begin with! It's not a money problem, it's a spending problem.
The OHV Trust Fund gets money from recreational gas taxes, registration of OHVs via Green and Red stickers, and entrance fees at State Vehicular Recreation Areas.
In other words, all the funding for the OHV Trust Fund comes from OHVers OHVing. The State wants to take that money from the OHV Trust Fund and give it to State Parks that do not allow OHV activity. In not so many words, it's stealing!
It's time to stop letting our elected officials walk all over us. I've got a list of numbers so you can call your state representative and let them know in no un-certain terms that you do NOT want funds created by off-roading to go to State Parks that DO NOT allow off-roading!
Tell them enough is enough.
