Hundreds of OHVs protest Federal Government's Intrusion on State/County rights as more PUBLIC land facing closure to the PUBLIC.
Over the last several months I have seen a very disturbing trend coming out of Washington DC. With complete control of the Federal Government, Democrats are moving quickly to grab as much control as they can while they have the keys to the country.
Congress is snatching up banks, auto makers, creditors, and just about anything else they can get their grubby little paws on, including the rights of the Johnny Q. Public to recreate on public land.

Kanab County Commissioner, Mark Habbeshaw said he's "mad as hell" and the ATV community isn't going to take it any more as they defiantly rode through the long-time off-road area Paria River bed.
Protesters are making a stand against federal land managers, local and national media outlets, and evnironmental extremists groups like the Sierra Club and the Center for Biological Diversity (CBD), letting them know in no un-certain terms that they want control of their land. They're not interested in turning over their public land to be a "playground for the East".
