Oprah Winfrey’s exclusive 1993 interview with Michael Jackson is now available on YouTube. Last week, it was virtually impossible to find a comprehensive video of the ground-breaking interview which took place at Neverland Ranch. Many video clips on the internet had been removed stating “this video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Harpo, Inc.”
Well, now, the BBC’s re-broadcast of the interview from 16 years ago has been uploaded to YouTube in an eight-part series. Originally, the interview was advertised to be 90-minutes in length, but via YouTube, the length is a little over 60 minutes…30 minutes worth of commercials maybe?
What a brilliant way to honor Michael Jackson by learning the truth behind his joy and his pain; and witnessing his humor, his depth and his amazing ability to forgive…presented to the world in his own words.
Below are the first four parts of the eight part series:
Update: Harpo Studios has deleted the YouTube video. However, you can still find it here.
