Today is July 8th, 2009 and we’d like to honor Billy Crudup, Jeffrey Tambor, and Milo Ventimiglia as our Creative Artist’s of the Day. Happy birthday to you all!
Billy Crudup
Born in Manhasset, New York, Billy Crudup is the actor behind the blue man known as “Doctor Manhattan” in the film “Watchmen”. I first saw Billy Crudup in 1996’s “Inventing the Abbotts”, then again in “Almost Famous” as the charming Russell Hammond. He then starred in “Big Fish”, “Stage Beauty”, “Trust the Man” and “Mission: Impossible III”. His role as Henry in Justin Theroux’s “Dedicaiton” showed his ability to turn a character you hate into a character you must love. See him now in “Public Enemies” as none other than J. Edgar Hoover. On a side note, he dated Mary Louise Parker for seven years and they broke up when she was seven months pregnant with his child. Later on, Mary Louise Parker dated Jeffrey Dean Morgan, who went on to star alongside Billy Crudup in “Watchmen”. Food for thought! We wish a very happy 41st birthday to Billy Crudup!
Jeffrey Tambor
Turning 65 today is Jeffrey Tambor, a San Francisco native. Jeffrey has a resume that includes a quite random assortment from “Spongebob Squarepants” to “There’s Something About Mary” to “Girl, Interrupted” to “Mr. Mom” to “The Hangover”. But I believe he is known best for his amazing performance as George Bluth Sr. and Oscar Bluth in Fox’s “Arrested Development”. Rumors have been flying about a movie version of the beloved television series, and hopefully one day they will be more than simple rumors. Please help me wish a wonderful birthday to the hilarious Jeffrey Tambor!

Milo Ventimiglia
Born in Anaheim, California and turning 32 today is Milo Ventimiglia. Best known for playing Peter on “Heroes”, this dashing actor began breaking hearts as Jess Mariano on “Gilmore Girls”. He made an appearance in “She’s All That” as a soccer player, and launched his career to new heights playing Robert Balboa in “Rocky Balboa” alongside Sylvester Stallone. His trademark sexy crooked smile comes from dead nerve endings in his lip, which he was born with. We wish continued success and a wonderful birthday to Milo Ventimiglia!
