Children of the 70's and 80's, rejoice. The Electric Company, the Sesame Street-spin-off that taught millions of children to read, is returning to PBS, and is set to premiere next month.
Of course, children are far more sophisticated today, so the new Electric Company promises to have skits that rip off The Matrix, hip hop music, as well as holograms.
PBS has clips of the new series on their website. Which version is better? Hmm, it's hard to beat Bill Cosby, Morgan Freeman, and an assortment of long-haired 70's kids singing slightly off-key, but we have high hopes.
