Caregiving strains marriages

Caring.com say that caregiving caused then to spend less time with their partners, and half say they drifted apart. Romance is decreased in half and intimacy decreased in a third.
The risk to marriage is highest for those who hold a job in addition to caregiving, offer financial support to their parents and have a loved one living in the home.
