Well, for starters once you adopt any diet outside of the SAD you have boldly made the first step toward recovery - no longer will you fell 'yucky' once you get clean from the inside out. You must look into your mirror and gladly admit that you were once a victim of the all powerful food industries and the SAD. Once you admit this you will instantly feel that 'yucky' slime slowly come off of you - instantly you will be transformed into a happy and healthier person. Enter a new way of eating and relating to food

I call this the sexual diet because it improves your sex life and makes you attractive toward anyone you might want to share positive energy with. You will feel and become more attractive to the very food you eat, your lover/s, your friends and colleagues, and anyone else whom you might come into contact with. Another benefit is you will be attracting better health, wealth, and quality mates to get you through life - gone are the days when you feel stuck and 'yucky.'  The second step is to detox and fast. This process is fun and painless because all you got to do is eat less quantity and eat more higher quality foods. I suggest you go through a detox and fast program for five days.
