The real sex diet - what you should know

It seems that everywhere you go everyone is talking about two things: sex and diet. Sex diet fads are back, breaking the scene much like boy bands were back in the 90's. So what is it about these two areas, sex and diet, that has you thinking about food and the connection to better sex? What is the best sexual diet plan to follow? Are there foods out there that really improve all aspects of your overall sexual performance?

You are eating way too much

Imagine that you somehow were part of the majority of the people living in the United States of America. Chances are that you are overweight and are well under nourished in every part of your being. It's not your fault. Know and understand that you had been fed so much garbage (the 'so-called food' you have been told was good for you ) that by now you are either overweight and obese, and/or suffering from some sort of disease. According to the latest study in obesity and public health, it looks like the trend of obesity in America is climbing at an alarming rate. You are what you eat and who you choose to have sex with

What is the issue? It seems that you are eating way too much 'so-called food' and not enough of food. 'So-called food' makes up about 90% of the items the average person consumes on a daily basis. According to Micheal Pollan, In Defense Of Food, most of the food that makes it to the shelves of our supermarkets are loaded with refined ingredients that in effect are making you fat. The problem with eating like this is that you are probably not aware of it; you are probably so accustomed with the standard American diet (SAD) that you haven't even realized the impact this is having on your life. The other issue? The other part of you that is very malnourished and often overlooked is your sex life. Sex, is so fundamental with our species that it is up there with food - we cannot survive without sex and food. The problem with often overlooking and eating the wrong foods is that you end up making some bad sex choices in the process. You decide who you will have sex with. Deep instinctual stuff like who you are attracted too and the deep down emotional cortex of your being is largely influenced by what you eat.

You eat garbage you attract garbage

If you can choose who you will have sex with, then you could choose what you eat. Stop eating the garbage that the supermarkets feed you because most of that 'so-called food' is refined and loaded with chemicals that will make you fat and lead to bad sex decisions. It's so simple: If you want a better sex life, cut out all the bad food. What is bad food? Pollan's advice: "Don't buy any food you've ever seen advertised." My advice: "you should only eat food that you grow yourself, get from a local farmer, or that is organic and fair trade." I'll take a step further and say that you should cut out all dairy and meat products too. The goal is to eat what grows from nature in a way that connects you back to nature. By eating a cherimoya (a sweet fruit that is known for its sexual powers) you end up instantly charged and ready for the best sex ever + you  have helped reproduce with nature. You see, the seeds from any fruit will ultimately return back to nature and bare another. Likewise, if you eat garbage you will keep polluting nature and reproducing garbage in every form. Stop that.

The real sex diet and how you could have your best sex ever

Do the counter-intuitive. Do what the majority of the lost population is doing. The minute you stop eating all that processed junk, the faster you will start to notice results. Instantly you will feel much better. All of your diseases will be gone, or at least be down to a level where you will feel great and be free. Why? The magic lies in what you eat. If you could choose to constantly be eating foods that give back to nature then you will start to notice the power in attracting the best quality partners of your life. Not only will you start to instantly connect with potential lovers, your lovers will be high quality beings that will lead you towards the best sex ever. Imagine for a second that you were eating McDonald's every day. What sexual partner would you see your self attracting, or being attracted too? Now imagine you where eating a fresh coconut that just fell from its tree. What partner would you attract, or be attracted too? This is the real sex diet. It all starts with getting the real food in so you could instantly start to have better sex with real partners - not some refined or online partner.
