Tickets are gone for this ball

My apologies to all you residents of the Tar Heel State (except Duke fans) who wanted to celebrate Obama's inaguration with other North Carolinians. The North Carolina Society of Washington has said it is no longer accepting ticket requests to its ball, due to the usual, overwhelming demand.

If you're still interested in more info, the ball will be held, Monday, Jan. 19 at the Marriott Wardman Park hotel from 8 p.m. to midnight. Of course food and drink will be provided, as well as entertainment by North Carolina's own, Liquid Pleasure. Tickets are $150 each.
