Stone Bridge High School Jazz Band from Ashburn, Virginia performing at Dulles International on December 12.

Everyone knows that traveling during the holiday season can be stressful, especially with kids and just having to deal with the crowds. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, the group that runs National and Dulles airports, decided to try its hand at entertaining air travelers. As part of its "School Partnership Program", several local school groups sang and played songs at the two airports, perhaps in effort to change people from saying "Bah-humbug" to "Ho Ho Ho."

The following groups performed at National Airport: Woodrow Wilson Senior High School Choir, Washington, D.C.; Woodlawn Elementary School 5th Grade Choirand 6th Grade Choir, Alexandria, Va.; and Carl Sandburg Middle School Symphonic Orchestra and Choralettes, Alexandria, Va.

These three groups showed off their musical and singing skills at Dulles: Stone Bridge High School Jazz Band and Jazz Choir, Ashburn, Va. and Briar Woods High School Choir, Ashburn, Va.; all performed at Dulles.
