Womanizer, womanizer, oh you're a womanizer. Excuse me for typing that lyric from Britney Spears' latest hit, but it has been stuck in my head ever since I got word she is coming to Washington, D.C. on March 24. Brit will grace the stage at Verizon Center and opening for her at 8 p.m. will be the Pussycat Dolls.

I have yet to receive any confirmation as to whether or not either performers will be singing live, but seriously, who cares? No one who is even considered going to this show is doing so for vocal stylings. You go for the set designs, costume changes, visual displays, dancing, and if you're like me, the aesthetics of the performers.

In a past job, I had the opportunity to work at a few Britney shows. All I can say is, at least at the time, the crowd loved her. It will be interesting to see who will be in the stands for this show, considered Britney has made more headlines and babies then hit songs recently.

Tickets for the show go on sale Saturday, Dec. 6 at 10:00 a.m. and are $128, $98, $55, and $39.50 before all the usual service charges. They can be purchased through all Ticketmaster outlets including the Verizon Center Box Office, online at www.ticketmaster.com, or by calling Ticketmaster Phonecharge at 202-397-SEAT, 703-573-SEAT, or 410-547-SEAT.

For those who are not hit hard by the recession yet, there are some special VIP ticket packages available for the show through Ticketmaster.
