Presenting a Master Gallery Talk
Join Exhibition Lighting Specialist Scott Rosenfeld and Exhibition Designer David Gleeson as they lead us through "Lino Tagliapietra in Retrospect: A Modern Renaissance in Glass" and share behind-the-scenes lighting and display techniques that were used to illuminate the beauty of Tagliapietra's work.

Steinway Series with the Trelumina Trio
Internationally acclaimed pianist Alan Mandel shares a wonderful repertoire of music by nineteenth- and twentieth-century American composers such as Charles Ives. Free tickets to the Steinway Series, which takes place every second Sunday, are required and available in the G Street lobby, starting at 2 p.m.

Future of New Art Technologies
New technologies, such as tvs, videos, DVDs and mp3s are used by many artists in multimedia installations, but they are among the greatest challenges facing the field of conservation. Dr. Glenn Wharton, media conservator at MoMA, will discuss how MoMA's conservation program for time-based media is on the cutting edge of new research and developments in the field.

An Artist's Stories in the Dirt, Stories in the Air
Photographer Frank Gohlke presents a selection of readings from his catalogue essay entitled "Stories in the Dirt, Stories in the Air." Using his own artwork, Gohlke shares his musings on the American landscape and shows how his photographs capture the effects of human interaction with nature. Following the reading, Curator of Photography Toby Jurovics moderates a discussion with the artist and takes questions from the audience. Reception follows.
