Here are the details:
An "all-star" panel of healthcare policy experts are coming together on August 12th to answer questions from Charlotteans about HR3200, "America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009".

The forum is mainly focused on the house bill, but we were able to obtain some comparative information between the house bill and the committee "pending" bill being debated in the Senate. We're looking forward to an opportunity to raise awareness about healthcare reform and how YOU can be an advocate for healthcare policy in your local, state, and federal government!
This event is being coordinated by a team effort from the Tariq Scott Bokhari for Charlotte City Council at Large Campaign and the Matthew Ridenhour for Charlotte City Council at Large Campaign. Information about their campaigns as well as opportunities to sign up and volunteer will be available at the event!
