Want to meet a real ghost? Perhaps you can...
We're experiencing an increase in private residence/business investigation requests and we need to train more people to do this kind of work as part of the Research and Investigation of the Paranormal (R.I.P.) Private Investigations Unit. Let me know if you're interested in learning the R.I.P. methodology and becoming an Assistant Investigator. Also, tell me what role you would like to fulfill (Technical, Research, Science, Photography, Filmmaking, Film Editing, Sensitive, etc.) in addition to serving as an Assistant Investigator.

R.I.P. investigations are usually scheduled for Friday or Saturday evenings and can last anywhere from 4-8 hours (plus travel time), depending on size and activity level. We're looking for Assistant Investigators who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take on any task that they're assigned, while keeping a level head no matter what happens. It means hard work and long hours, plus the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. If you scare easily, please do not apply. You must be energetic, with a high tolerance for sitting in the dark while absolutely nothing happens. Many of our investigations will be filmed for our Internet series, "The R.I.P. Files," on GhostChannel.TV, so you must be comfortable in front of the camera. We also need behind the camera experts, too, and we have production opportunities available if you have any experience in those areas. We’d like to ask for a time commitment of participating in one investigation a month, along with follow-up evidence review within a week. Keep in mind that our schedule is uncertain; at the moment, we're inundated with requests, but that will fluctuate. Assistant Investigators must be financially able to acquire their own basic equipment and provide their own transportation to and from investigations. We will also require that you purchase and study our recommended Guidebook and observe the R.I.P. Protocols during all investigations. Before you apply, be sure to read the Protocols to ensure that you are comfortable with our requirements and basic philosophy. They can be accessed here: http://www.researchandinvestigationoftheparanormal.org/rip_protocols.

If you're interested, contact me and provide a brief bio, along with information on your availability, level of experience in this field, how you would like to contribute, and why you want to join our team.  Thanks!
