Writers suffering from a stalled creative output over the summer months can easily get back on track with a Fall Creative Writing Workshop.
Hosted by published writer and University of Toronto Continuing Education instructor Roxanne Snider in conjunction with the Writer’s Community of Durham Region, the workshop will help to reinvigorate your stalled projects or help push your skills to a new level.
Weekly assignments will test participants in various components of narrative prose - exposition, dialogue, point-of-view, and style.
With the goal of sparking imaginations and helping writers of both fiction and memoir, as well as for both fledgling and seasoned writers alike to hone their craft, discussion of class works as well as those from classic and contemporary writers are sure to entertain and illuminate in a supportive environment.
