After Jackson's death on June 25th, the magazine display cases at local bookstores are dominated by his image and articles of his life. At last count, Jackson's image was prevalent on no less than fifteen popular magazine covers, with articles included. Rolling Stone magazine has release a commemorative issue, especially for Michael Jackson. Nothing the pop star had or leaves in death is sacred. Writers have reached near obsession with the icon. With the release of Ian Halperin's book Unmasked being slightly delayed, available now on line, many more articles are set to be written.
Jackson leaves three children (as seen in photo) and a vast number of assets behind, the fate of which has yet to be decided. Since his children's guardianship is now at stake, media has new details to report. This isn't keeping Jackson out of the limelight. “The one advantage we have is the ongoing media onslaught,” said Anthony Ziccardi, deputy publisher for Pocket Books, a sister imprint of Simon & Schuster. Simon & Schuster is releasing Halperin's book Unmasked. The media seems to be fascinated by reports of what Jackson so coveted, his privacy. The real truth has yet to be told. Jackson's autopsy results haven't been released, but speculators are quick to give comment. The latest on which, Los Angeles County Coroner's office has reported Jackson's autopsy photos might have been leaked to the press. Also, new footage of the singer's video of the 1984 Pepsi burn accident has surfaced. Speculators reporting the accident to be a turning point in Jackson's life. Now reports of 'foul play' not being ruled out in his death, and the list goes on.
Seems even in death, Jackson is a spectacle and has yet to be laid to rest.
Magazines with articles of Jackson, as well as other merchandise, are available at Borders, Barnes & Noble, and local Walgreen's, as well as numerous other local Austin outlets.

I feel so bad for his kids...they really loved Michael and he was really the only father they had, or so we think.
We all can see that those kids are not really his his kids! Those kids are white!!!! They are straight white. We are not stupid and we can see that those kids have no kind of black in them at all. They don't even look mixed! They are not his kids!!!! There is no way that those kids are mixed!!!!! The melanin in our skin gives us skin pigmentation, in which those kids have none. Just because he changed his skin, it doesn't make him a white man. And those kids have no black about them....blue eyes, white pale skin, and blonde hair. Where in there does it say black!?!?!? America is so stupid!!!!!!!!!!!
In regards to the one who thinks the children are not his kids. Well if they are not they are not but they knew him as their father that was all they knew. I know that it dosn't make a difference if he was or not. That was the only father that they ever knew. Who has the right to say something like that when I have a friend who has mixed children and one of them is white as white can be so you know that is stupid of you to be so closed minded in the regards to mixed children on what they should look like. They take after the white side of the family... You really need to understand that he was the daddy and father and provider to those children. Paternity is nothing to do on this, they know who has taken care of them and who they loved as there father. As far as I am conserened those children are his and nothing can change this at all. My heart goes out to the children for the loss that they have suffered.
Again I am making another comment. I as well know that if you look at their aunt in the picture with 3 of his children you can see clearly that the skin color is the same. This isn't about what any of us think, the Jackson family has lost a family member like can happen to any of us. He had a condition that caused his skin to lighten up that isn't an issue either. The children are dark haired but their mother is blue eyed and blonde. That just means they took after their mother on that one.
all of this is`sick and itneeds to stop. We don't even respect the Human race. it's sad and way beyond ridiculous.
