It is now confirmed that Duffy the Disney Bear will be coming to both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Parks this fall. And annual passholders to either Disneyland or Walt Disney World will get a sneak peek at the plans for the new Disney character at special presentations next month.
Walt Disney World passholders will have the opportunity to attend one of three presentations on Saturday, September 18, at The Odyssey at Epcot. Presentations will be held at 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 6 p.m. and will feature a guest speaker from Walt Disney Creative Entertainment, according to The Daily Disney.
Per Stitch Kingdom, for Disneyland passholders, the event will take place on September 19, at either 11:30 a.m. or 2 p.m. at Stage 17 at Disney California Adventure.
Guests will get to hear about Duffy, his origins and his journey from Tokyo DisneySea to Disney California Adventure as well as the date he will start his meet and greets at the resort this fall.
Registration will be required for all events and have limited availability. There will be no recording devices allowed in of any kind and cell phones must be turned off and stored away.

Walt Disney World Passholder Registration Info
Reservations open Tuesday, August 31, at Disneyworld.com/passholder to all Disney World passholders. Weekday Select and Epcot After 4 p.m. passholders will need valid admission to Epcot. Check-in for the event is 30 minutes before each presentation.
Disneyland Registration Info
Registration will open on September 7 at 8:00 a.m. PST, on a first-serve basis and will be available through Walt Disney Event Services.
For those unfamiliar with Duffy the Disney Bear, he is from Tokyo DisneySea and has amassed an unbelievable following from both locals and tourists alike (see photo at the end of the article). The Duffy Bear from Tokyo DisneySea is different from some of the versions currently seen at Disneyland and Walt Disney World, known as "Disney Bear," or "My First Disney Bear." In the past, Duffy has made appearances at the Teddy Bear and Doll weekends.
