I've been asking local CEO's to share their workplace New Year's resolutions and will be posting their replies over the first few days of 2009.
Below are the resolutions of Heinan Landa, CEO of Optimal Networks, Inc., which provides computer and network support services including back-up and disaster recovery to small and medium sized businesses.
Optimal Networks received the 2008 Workplace Excellence Award from the Alliance for Workplace Excellence.
2009 RESOLUTIONS
1. I resolve to communicate more…about more…to more people…so that everyone is involved.
2. I resolve to stay infectiously upbeat so that the organization doesn’t get caught in the negative thinking about the economy…and continues to thrive.
3. I resolve to spend more time delivering, thinking, and focusing on excellent service…and lead by example. This is our passion and the way through which we will realize the potential of the organization.
4. I resolve to keep searching for, and developing, the best talent.
5. I resolve to keep walking the tightrope between family and work and continue to support everyone at Optimal in their quest for life/work balance.
