No one ever forgets their first bicycle, and for kids who've had a rough start in life, a bicycle can literally be a symbol of a freedom they've never had before. And if that bike comes straight from jolly old Santa, it's the gift a child will always remember.
Every year since 1974, FamiliesFirst has hosted the FamiliesFirst "Foster Santa" Parties to bring the joy of a new bicycle to hundreds of children in need. FamiliesFirst "Foster Santa" is funded 100% by community donations.
