A home business isn't for everyone, but there are many of you who would find the opportunity to work-at-home very appealing for a variety of reasons. Finding a legitimate work at home job isn't an easy task, and I know that many of you have been searching for the right work at home opportunity for quite some time.I hope the list of websites will be of assistance to you.
Some offering jobs that pay high as $16.00 an hour for customer service salary and benefits and all assuming to be perfectly legitimate opportunities to work at home. In some cases, you'll recognize the company offering the work-at-home opportunity right away. In other cases candidates are required (or preferred) to live in a certain area because training will take place or occasional office attendance is a requirement. Most of the jobs on these websites are, data entry, computers, web design, medical, accounting, writing, customer service and much more
1.) Wahm.com is an excellent website .They offer many telecommuting jobs in many different professions such as writing, computers, medical, etc. Also,ifreelance.com has become part of the site adding more great jobs. They have a forum to post complaints about jobs which are not legitimate.
2.) Workplacelikehome.com - updates many jobs daily on their website. Forum for negative job feedback.
3.) Womenforhire.com - is another great site. Many job current postings and opportunities.
4.) Freelance.com- many quality jobs on this site.
5.) Jobsandmom.com - site has improved, monthly updates.
6.) Mommyenterprises.com- few jobs posted.
7.) Wahparents.com - contains only business ideas and opportunities in sales such as cosmetics, jewelry, etc.
8.) Sunoasis.com -Posts current freelance writing jobs.
9.) Worldwideworkathome.com - Website offers telecommuting positions, freelance work, classifieds and much more
10.) Writer's Digest - for those who love to write, this is the site. Many listings on where to become published from poetry to screenplays.
Many of the jobs can be a potential for a full time career or part time job. Also a great way to gain experience on your resume. Most of these websites are for women but are sure men can benefit from them too. I was very doubtful because of so many scams on the Internet but I researched carefully and watched the forums. It also helps many of the sites have forums so you know what is good and what is bad.
A quick tip - many companies claim they are part of the BBB, but do some digging. Many do not have such a good reputation.

Hi Katrina,
Great list of top work at home job sites. Although, the following media recognized sites didn't make the list, they certainly should not be overlooked.

Hi Katrina,
Thanks for the list! Just a quick note to let you know that jobsandmom.com is no longer a website, it is just an adsense advertisement website now. Here is another good one:
www.WorkatHomeCorner.com
They list hundreds of legitimate companies that allow you to work from home. They also send out free work at home jobs leads via email.
Thank you very much for the info. I'm pregnant right now and my husband has been leaning heavily towards being a work at home mom. Another one that my friend told me about is http://www.successfuldreaming.info
Leslie my sister had the exact same problem just earlier this year, and she was able to find a job where she could work from home (ex. http://rshomebiz.com ). It was super nice for her considering she was bed ridden a lot and had two boys to take care of.
Got something to say?
