Monika M. Woolsey, MS, RD, is a registered dietitian and exercise physiologist specializing in stress related illness and hormonal health. She founded the inCYST Institute for Hormone Health, which raises money for women's health issues, and created Hip Veggies, a collaboration with artists that promotes locally grown food. Monika is known for her strong evidence-based approach to evaluating health research, as well as her passion for creating engaging health-related marketing campaigns.
