Columbus based online career networking site exclusively for women, Dames Bond, was named to one of Forbes best of lists in June 2010. ForbesWomen published a list of the "Top 100 Websites for Women" of which they selected "Top 10 Best Career Sites for Women" and "Best Sites for Working Mothers." Dames Bond, founded by Mary B. Relotto, was named to the Top 10 Best Career Sites for Women.

Women in business may join the online network for free, as a Consumer (considered a Non-Member), and have instant access to a variety of local, women owned businesses and news about upcoming events via the website or through email alerts. To attend an event, consumers pay a nominal $5 fee. Other membership levels start at $35 for non-profit members and $85 for women in business members. Members have the same access to the directory of businesses, now estimated at over 500, as consumers as well as the opportunity to contribute/read articles, host/attend, share job opportunities and much more!
