Tired of the same old boot camp or circuit training? Get in touch with your inner contact-sport-on-wheels diva.

Roller Derby Workout is a workout for women regardless of skating ability. No wheels required. All the same it will kick your heart into gear and your butt into shape with fitness techniques used by Roller Girls to protect their body from injury and keep them in top performance condition.

Roller Derby, though and underground sport for decades, has ignited a massive following in Seattle, selling out Key Arena for the Rat City Roller Girls' bouts. This high-octane, woman dominated sport requires a lot of stamina, physical coordination, and just plain old resilience.

The workout features a DVD of tried and true fitness techniques. They also have  Facebook Fan Page filled with discussions, tips, and instructions for individual moves. It is, understandably, a pretty heavey workout for lower body, with strong cardio elements.
