Being an actress (even one that's fallen off the radar) gives you some big perks - including sporting a former Project Runway winner's fantastic new affordable shoe collection. We all loved Project Runway winner Christian Siriano for his incredible design technique and flawless craftsmanship, not to mention his overuse of the word "fierce." Now Siriano is bringing his gorgeous designs to the masses with collection for Payless, which incorporates a modern silhouette in a color palette of chocolate and Tiffany blue.
The shape of the shoe is one we've seen for a few seasons now, always at an outstanding price, of course. Before judging the entire collection, I'd like to see a few more shoes and what other colors and textures they're available in. Black is always richer when it comes to cheap duds, so I really wish Siriano had gone that route. Right now it's only speckled blue pair with a wooden heel that are grabbing my attention. The spikes and hardware on some of the shoes have a strong influence of F/W 08 Rodarte show. At any rate, the collection tops out at $45 which means I will definitely give them a look when the shoes hit stores this fall.
