What can be more romantic than a bottle of wine in the evening, spending the evening in an historic manor and walking along the vineyards in the early morning? Mt. Felix Estate Vineyard and Winery, in Havre de Grace, Maryland is home to a beautiful manor house built in the 1830’s.

This Georgian federal-style manor has a wing available as a guesthouse. The Villa at Mount Felix Manor was built in the 1830’s and provides 2000 square feet of space, two fireplaces, king-sized beds and spectacular views. The vineyards are a short walking distance away. Other onsite amenities include antiques, satellite TV, a dining room, kitchen and 1.5 baths. If wine travelers are interested in peace, solitude and romantic views, consider spending some time at the Villa at Mount Felix Manor.

Wine tastings at Mt Felix is an experience in history. Not only can you taste the estate wines, but also you will learn about the beginning of winemaking in the Havre de Grace area and hear stories of remarkable people who helped mold our young country.
