You don't have to be Kosher to enjoy Israeli wines. Seriously, they have improved and are continuing to improve with well over 200 wineries in Israel today.  Today Israel's major grape varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot,Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Major regions include Galilee, Shomron, Samson, Judean Hills and Negev.
