Join Tim and Melissa from Terroir Restaurant for another incredible "Uprooted" Farm Dinner featuring all vegetarian cuisine served with biodynamic wines to be held at Aspen Moon Farm in Hygiene, Colorado (the farm is also biodynamic)! The menu will include:
Passed Hors d'Oeuvres (paired with the Domaine Vigneau Chevreau Vouvray - Loire Valley, France):
-Zucchini potato cakes with applesauce and homemade creme fraiche
- Squash blossom frittata with tomato vinaigrette
- Chilled cucumber soup served in cucumber "cups"
Course 1:
Heirloom tomato tart with sweet corn salad and honey roasted turnips paired with the Syncline Gruner Veltliner - Washington State
Course 2:
Golden beet borscht with fresh grated horseradish and red beet and apple slaw paired with the Beckman Vineyards Purisima Mountain Vineyard Marsanne - Santa Ynez Valley, CA
Course 3:
Grilled house-made seitan with raspberry BBQ sauce, five bean salad, and Moroccan roasted carrots paired with the Paul Dolan Zinfandel - Mendocino County, CA
Course 4:
Raspberry clafouti with raspberry white chocolate mousse paired with the Meinklang Pinot Blanc Icewine - Austria
After Dinner:
Peak Spirits Grappa of Pinot Noir - Colorado
Join farm owners, Jason and Erin, as they guide guests on a tour of their sustainable, biodynamic farm. Tickets for this rain or shine, al fresco, event are $65 excluding tax and gratuity.
