Examiner: What makes your establishment unique?
Whitney:  Located in the basement of the Old Town Shops, our store wraps around a fish pond, and has an Aveda salon and BBQ restaurant (Bigfoot BBQ) also in the basement.
We offer 10,000 square feet of fun and trendy fashions for young women.  We truly offer something for everyone!

Examiner:  What is a little known factoid about your place?
Whitney: The basement was once set up as a theatre.  The BBC camped out in the basement for a bit while using the space to film a documentary.

Examiner:  What is your specialty?
Whitney:  One side of our store is devoted to a variety of basic tops and bottoms that can be mixed and matched.  There are 2 price specials: the first is 2 for $15, 3 for $20, or 4 for $25; the second is 2 for $30.

Examiner:  What is your patrons' favorite thing about your establishment?
Whitney: The unique items that we carry draw our customers in.  They come in knowing that they will find a cute, special item that cant be found anywhere else!

Examiner:  What's your favorite?

Whitney: The overall ambiance of the store and building is fun and unique, our staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and stylish!

Examiner:  What is the top thing you recommend visitors to your city do/see - besides your business, of course?

Whitney: First Friday Art Walk: Participating downtown businesses all offer something unique, many feature an artist of the month and provide drinks and snacks!
 
Examiner:  Anything else you want to add? 

Whitney: Basement Marketplace has become a known spot to find the latest trends and it was voted best clothing store in Flagstaff, 09’. It’s a local favorite but many people travel from other cities to come here to shop!
