First it was cribs, then baby slings. Now it's high chairs. Graco Children's Products Inc of Atlanta has voluntarily recalled over 1 million of its Harmony High Chairs because screws in the legs can come loose and cause the chairs to tip over.
The recall came after the Company received 464 reports of the screws falling out resulting in 24 injuries including bruises, bumps to the head and a hairline fracture in the arm of one infant, according to reports by the Consumer Products Safety Commission.
Chairs covered by the recall were manufactured between November 2003 and December 2009, and sold at such retail stores as Toys R Us, Target, Burlington Coat Factory, Sears and Walmart, ranging in price from $70-$120. Model numbers include:
