Eph, I think this is the place where we can let ourselves be free. Here we can find the "link" to God - or our deity as the case may be. When we are able to face ourselves in the privacy of the mind, we can approach our strengths and weaknesses in a personal manner and find answers we may never locate on a different playing field.
