"I don't have time for exercise!"
Ever said that before? Sure, good cardio requires some sutained heart pumping, but keeping your muscles toned and increasing in strength only needs a few minutes. And NO, you don't need to buy a mountain of equipment either (though the pull-ups seem a little harder - maybe plan on those during your morning walk past the elementary school).
These suggestions from Gaiam Life writer Chris Freytag can get you exercising at work, in front of the tv, even in the grocery store. Sorry, no more excuses!

I have been both a yogi and a cyclist for most of my rather long life.

What are your priorities?

So true, xexon, that exercise of that level requires priorities, passion and discipline. What I like about this article is that for those that have trouble making fitness a hobby can start anywhere without expending too much extra time. The trouble is remembering that watermelons are also weights :)
