Blogs are buzzing about the mysterious "400 Calorie Fix" diet that will debut on the "Rachael Ray Show" on Thursday.
Word is that Rachael will host a guest who lost six pounds in two days on the diet. During the show, the guest will explain exactly what the "400 Calorie Fix" diet is, and how it worked for her.
Although you might be tempted to think that the "400 Calorie Fix" is limiting yourself to 400 calories in a day, please don't--that would be dangerous.
