Philly based Real World Strength Coach Boot Camp will be sponsoring the 1st annual Halloween Charity Boot Camp and food drive to be held on Halloween day Saturday,October 31st starting at 12:30pm. The first of it's kind event will be held at Philadelphia's #1 fitness boot camp, Real World Strength Coach Gym, noted for it's down to earth, innovative, no excuse, get down and get real weight loss and fitness techniques located at 116 Fountain Street Philadelphia Pa. 19127.

Participants will dress up in Halloween gear and workout to Halloween music soundtracks. The music is a fundamental component of the Real World Strength Coach Boot Camp because it allows interval training to be performed at it's best. The soundtracks will provide detailed instructions for real fat-burning interval training. This event will create an environment unlike any other fitness program in the Philadelphia area. “Working out on a consistent basis is not easy,” says David Lee, Owner and The Real World Strength Coach. “We created this event to bring out the kid in all of our campers.”

The event is open to the public and the cost is 5 cans of non-perishable food, or a $20 per person donation with all proceeds going to Philabundance, the Delaware Valley's largest hunger relief organization that has provided food for over 60 million meals, since 1984. The deadline for registering is Friday October 30th.

For more information visit the Real World Strength Coach website and click the "Halloween" tab, or call the gym at 610-291-6779. Real World Strength Coach is located in the Manyunk self-storage building at 116 Fountain St Philadelphia Pa 19127.

Halloween plus eating well and staying fit seem like oxymorons. I think Halloween should be the one day where people can eat candy. :-)

HOW FUN, and what a unique idea. Dressing up and working out to Halloween music. That is awesome!
