Britney Spear's ex is about to star in his own reality show featuring his girlfriend Victoria Prince, and his two sons with Spears, Sean Preston and Jayden James, according to RadarOnline.com. But, there is one caveat--Federline has been ordered to get rid of his beer gut and lose 45 pounds!
In an exclusive with RadarOnline.com, K-Fed's new trainer Chris Cormier hired by VH1 producers, provides some insight into how Federline will get rid of the excess weight and beer belly.
Cormier revealed this strategy, "I put Kevin on a diet plan that consists of eating 6 meals a day, every three hours," Cormier told RadarOnline. "It speeds up your body’s metabolism and you start burning fat fast. I’ve been doing this for 30 years and I’m 42." What...no exercise? Hmmm. Carefair.com suggests the reality show will be about K-Fed's own weight loss efforts. Time will tell.
Losing 45 pounds is nothing to sneeze at, but a noticeably heavier Federline and girlfriend Victoria Prince arrived in Las Vegas last week and spent the day winding down at the Hard Rock Tower & Casino Pool where they were seen sipping Grey Goose cocktails and later partying at the new Paradise Tower Mega Suite. Someone needs to let K-Fed know that weight loss and alcohol don't mix.

Wow, I didn't even know he had gained so much weight. I guess he's not getting any exercise now that he's no longer Britney's back-up dancer. :-)

I think it's odd that they are forcing him to lose weight. I agree with you though, if he doesn't cut out the alcohol, he's in trouble.
