Gabrielle Union's easy diet and workout plan

Actress and former model Gabrielle Union was recently in the news concerning what could become a real messy situation. According to mwza.com, Gabrielle has started legal actions against ezoox.com a popular gossip site that posted an anonymous letter describing her sex life with various famous single and married men. Union's lawyers are demanding an apology to the actress, a written retraction, and the removal of the letter from the site.

As complicated as the "anonymous letter" situation may get, Union maintains her sexy, healthy and youthful appearance by sticking to a very simple, easy diet and workout plan. She eats a well balanced diet and has somewhat of a sweet tooth, so she allows herself occasional treats. Moderation and portion size are her key "secret" weapons to staying slim. Her favorite book The Portion Plan: How to Eat the Foods You Love and Still Lose Weight explains how to moderately eat goodies and still lose weight.

She doesn't spend hours in the gym, but maintains her youthful figure with pilates and cardio which includes, walking, running, treadmill,and biking.

In preparation for Bad Boys II, Gabriell's training was relentless. Her routine consisted of 2 hours in the gym, five days a week. An hour of pilates and an hour of cardio.
