Sherri Shepherd discusses her weight loss secrets. OK! magazine photo
Sherri Shepherd, fresh from her swimsuit reveal on The View, is the cover story in the latest OK! magazine.
Hitting newsstands later this week, the magazine talks with Shepherd about her workouts and her diet. Turns out, she used the services of The Fresh Diet, a meal-delivery service that builds its meals around a Zone-type eating plan of 30 percent fat, 30 percent protein and 40 percent carbs.
She explains that before the big public plan, she had lost 30 pounds on her own but found the pounds coming back, which worried her. So she enlisted personal trainer Don Scott, who she nicknamed "The Evil One" and signed up for the meal delivery service.
And even though many of us can't afford a personal trainer or meal delivery service, it's important to build a support network, be it friends, co-workers or your family.

If she is size 6, then I'm a size 2 because I wear a size 6 and she no where near my size!

I kinda agree with BW. I think she looks great, but putting "Now size 6" on the cover like that doesn't work for me. I'm a personal trainer and I find it hard that she is a 6. A perfect size 6 anyway. I'm a 4 (on average) and fit into a wide range of clothes, from 2 up to 8. The article should not focus on her "size" and just how much weight she has lost and what she did to get there.
