Tuesday night on NBC will be all Biggest Loser all the time. After the two-hour season 8 finale, the winner will appear on The Jay Leno Show, so apparently Leno will be live to the East Coast. Don't know whether the winner will be on the Leno set or do a live remote from the Biggest Loser finale set.
Kristin's baby news
Kristin Steede, a season 7 Biggest Loser contestant and viewer favorite, announced on her blog (and Twitter and Facebook) that she and her husband Nick are expecting a baby. Steede, who is now a motivational speaker, writes:
I truly believe with all of my heart that my weight was the one thing that prevented us from starting our family sooner. I also believe that if it were not for the Biggest Loser I would not be experiencing this miracle today.
Car's no problem, but a suitcase?
Speaking of season 7, Tara Costa had a humorous moment while boarding a plane this morning. She wrote about it on Facebook and Twitter:
I just barely make the plane and am trying to put suitcase in overhead. Man sitting 2 rows behind me says "If you can pull a car, you can push that bag into the overhead."
The passenger was referring to one of last season's challenges, where contestants had to pull cars around a track. Tara won that challenge, plus many others last season.
