Bob Harper showed the black and yellow teams how ground turkey can be an easy way to cut fat and calories from dishes like tacos and chili. On the Feb. 2 Biggest Loser, he whipped up this Jennie-O Black Bean Turkey Chili, which only has 220 calories per serving.
It's also high in fiber and protein and really low in sodium. One great way to make chili is to prep everything and throw it in a slow cooker so that you have chili waiting for you at the end of the day.
