1. There is no such thing as a "Fat Burning Food."
It doesn't exist, it is a myth. Fat burning occurs in deficit of calories. By its very nature anything that is food, even a cucumber, has energy. No food has the ability to burn fat.
2. You don't workout as hard as you think you do.
Recently I polled a group of trainees after monitoring them with a caloric reading device. They went through 45 minutes of vigorous training. They performed everything from burpees, push ups, and weight swings.
After they were done with both anaerobic and aerobic training, I asked them to write down the amount of calories they thought they burned during that session.
All of them overestimated and some by staggering degrees. The majority of them burned 200-350 calories during that session (depending on size and intensity). One guessed they burned 1000 calories.
3. One bad day, can erase six previous ones.
You can easily when dieting down erase your deficit in one day. Do you want to keep putting yourself through the same frustrations again and again for the one Saturday night?
Get it done.

Good point about the fat burning foods! no food can burn fat significantly. as the author says this only comes with eating fewer calories and exercise.
