HPC: dry weather expected over the next 5 days across Mississippi
Dry weather with pleasant temperatures are expected through the weekend across the state.
According to the Hydro-meteorological Prediction Center (HPC), which provides outlooks for heavy rain and snow, as well as guidance weather forecasts, is forecasting no precipitation for the state over the next 5 days and the Jackson Weather Examiner agrees!!!
The next chance of any significant rainfall will likely occur by early next week as a cold frontal boundary approaches and affects the state.

The weather will be beautiful and typical of what the state experiences this time of year over the next few days. (Typical high temperatures across the state range from the upper 60s to low 70s) (Typical low temperatures across the state range from low to upper 40s)
High and low temperatures will be warmer than normal over the weekend as moisture begins to increase ahead of an approaching front.
The Jackson Weather Examiner encourages everyone to get out and enjoy this very nice stretch of dry and pleasant weather while it lasts.
