Seriously? The personal responsibility is choosing a vegetarian meal tonight. I understand that a high meat diet clogs arteries and blood flow to the brain but really, at least try to focus for a few moments before you post ignorant statements on the web.
Um, wow. Do they honestly expect anyone with a brain to take this commercial seriously? Ooooooo, the big bad burger killed him!!!!!!!!!! You don't have to be vegan/vegetarian to be healthy. There's absolutely nothing wrong with a well-balanced diet, and an "occasional" fast food meal. McDonald's isn't killing anyone, what's killing them is lack of care for their nutritional well-being.
