The Playstation 3 will most likely end up having well over a thousand titles. Because of that, some games are bound to be passed over by the general public even if they are exclusive to the system. Here are five under-the-radar PS3-only titles that do not deserved to be overlooked.
5. The Eye of Judgment
Before the Playstation Eye became a part of the new motion control scheme for Sony, it was sold as a standalone accessory. The Eye of Judgment took full advantage of the camera by using augmented reality concept based around a deep virtual card game. To further add to the fun, you can also battle other card players online as well. Unfortunately, the high price tag of the bundle resulted in many consumers overlooking this unique exclusive.
4. Siren: Blood Curse
A re-imagining of the Playstation 2 title, Siren: Blood Curse is probably the best survival horror title on the Playstation 3. In addition to the redone high-definition graphics, the game also added a brand new cast of characters in addition to the more streamlined gameplay. Despite solid reviews, Sony decided to only release the game digitally as a 9 GB download on the Playstation Store, which ended up hurting the game in terms of sales.
3. Folklore
One of the earliest exclusives on the Playstation 3, Folklore is a unique action-adventure game where you use the Sixaxis to pull the souls away from hurting enemies. Once captured, you use the captured souls to unlock new abilities. The art style, especially in regards to the enemy designs, is top notch while the multiple-perspective gameplay is great as well. As with most exclusive games at that time however, Folklore suffered in sales due to a low user base on the Playstation 3.
2. Valkyria Chronicles
This particular Playstation 3 exclusive mixes the turn-based strategy genre with the shooting genre to create a one-of-a-kind play style. As a result, Valkyria Chronicles features many epic and engrossing battles. The unique presentation with its mix of cel-shaded graphics and stunning music also adds to the incredible experience. Because it launched during the busy holiday season, Valkyria Chronicles got lost in the shuffle.
1. Demon’s Souls
The spiritual successor to the King’s Field series, Demon’s Souls is a dungeon crawling RPG that is every bit as satisfying as it is challenging. The levels are well-crafted and completely engrossing while the enemies are diverse and fun to fight. Moreover, the game also sports a unique online structure where you can play cooperatively, fight competitively, post messages and more. While it did ending up selling well in North America at launch, Demon’s Souls is still severely overlooked for a game this critically-acclaimed.

4 and 5 i dont really agree with...but after that its all true...the article should be top 3 most overlooked Playstation 3 exclusives.
DEMONS SOULS goty 2009
Folklore pops up on a lot of these types of lists. It was one of the first games I played when I picked up my Playstation a year ago...and I honestly didn't think it was that great. Playing every level twice got really tiresome...not to mention the sixaxis not always being reliable, especially on boss fights. I'd say it deserves to be overlooked.
Siren was released on Blu Ray in Europe not sure about NA
Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time was overlooked too .
and i totally agree with your list mate !
I think Warhawk should be on the list. It was a little before its time - now a lot of only online play games!
Ugh, Valkyria was one of the worst RPGs I've ever played.
I think (in that instance) it's just the fact that the game was not very good.
Good list bro all good games valkyria chronicals was pretty good all of them are good but in different ways, folklore was a bitch to play through twice but i didnt mind the story was good and i could get through it a second time incredibley fast. all of those games where not really all that mainstream, Demons souls may have won game of the year but it was out for a long time in japan and when it hit us no one had really talked about it but im glad i picked it up it was fulfilling and time consuming

Good list, but should make it clearer that Demon's Souls is a love-it or hate-it experience. For me, too many elements of Demon's Souls were last gen (or the gen before), from the combat (clunky and slow), camera (atrocious) and lack of checkpoints (clearly a design decision, but it highlighted the tedium of much of the combat) - I know a lot of people that gave this a go and didn't think much of it. I also know a lot who played it and loved it. But I think it's worth warning people, or you might get a number of disappointed punters.
I would agree with Folklore if Sony had hung it out to dry and didn't fix the freezing issues it has. IT is a great looking game but i cant get past about 5 minutes without it freezing. Demon Souls is a great game. Eye of Judgment also but again no support after the game came out.
You know what would help the sales of Demon's Souls? If Sony actually got off their ass and released the game in Europe. If Sony aren't even going to let their most important Continent (In terms of install base) buy the game then how do they possibly expect it to sell?
Also, Folklore was a very good game. I never had any freezing issues with mine. The only gripe i had with it was that it was too darn hard.
Both VC and DS were successful in terms of sales and reviews. I feel bad for Siren, a lot of people neglected the game while it's a great title. Sony also didn't release the game on BD which resulted in extreme poor sales due the game large size and HDDs at the time were 40-60 GBs.
Everyone overlooks a GREAT ps3 exclusive that I feel is very underrated ... BUZZ QUIZ WORLD!
Anyone that has ever played it @ my house immediately went out and purchased it. Its probably the best quiz game on the market ... seriously.
