According to Amazon, which is very reilable in terms of video games release dates, Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver will be released on March 14th. The remakes of Pokemon Gold and Silver retails for $39.99 ($34.99 currently on Amazon) and will be bundled with the Pokewalker accessory. Below are the official box arts:
