Sony recently confirmed that their engineers have freed up 70 MB of RAM for developers of the Playstation 3. When asked about the impact of having more RAM to work with, Dylan Jobe, the director of Warhawk, responded with the following message on his Twitter:
That memory makes a big difference -- all the teams working on PS3 love it when SONY opens more RAM.
Dylan Jobe and other staff at Incognito Entertainment left last year to form Lightbox Interactive. This new development studio is rumored to be working on Starhawk, the successor to the aforementioned Warhawk. He gave several updates regarding his latest project recently on Twitter:

All I know is that they've had 3 years to work on the next Warhawk. LightBox better not screw up the next Warhawk (Starhawk) or whatever they are calling it. Warhawk is one of the best and most addictive on-line games ever made.
