The StarCraft 2 Dominion Community website, a promotional campaign launched by Blizzard Entertainment to help create more buzz about StarCraft 2 (as if that was necessary), reached 100% completion on the progress bar on Wednesday, which unlocked the Ghosts of the Past Trailer for the world to see.
In a word, the Ghosts of the Past Trailer is awesome. It is quite possibly more like a Hollywood movie trailer than any promotional video for a video game ever released. But, words cannot express the shear awe induced by this trailer. You'll have to behold it with your own eyes.
The Dominion Community site went live just over a month ago, gradually releasing new content as visitors utilized the site's features, including taking the Terran Dominion entrance exam, submitting propaganda posters to the art contest, and using the Like and Share Facebook buttons throughout the site.
The Ghosts of the Past Trailer, the final unlockable item offered by the site, comes just in time for the release of StarCraft 2, which hits July 27th at 12:00am.
