Similar to the retro update, Shatter, Just Add Water Ltd. and Sony Europe have teamed up to bring thrusters, glowing vector-like visuals and physics-based gameplay to the PlayStation 3. Inspired by classic games like Gravitar, Gravity Crash will be available to download Tuesday, November 24th from the PlayStation Network. It comes packed with 35 single player levels, different ships and weapons, as well as three multiplayer modes with 12 exclusive levels.
But the treacherous physics-based action, where you control your thrusters to keep your ship aloft while dodging hazards and exploring alien worlds, doesn't end there. Gravity Crash also includes the same level editor that Just Add Water used to make the game so there should soon be an endless stream of new stages to try, and maybe even a prize or two for some of the best user created levels.
Gravity Crash will cost $9.99 to purchase and download but if you're not keen on giving Sony your credit card information you can always pick up a PlayStation Network Card at many local shops. Convenience stores like Walgreen's or CVS and even most Speedway gas stations carry the prepaid cards in $10, $20 and $50 increments. You can also find them at department stores like Target and Walmart or electronics stores like Best Buy and Sears.
