Round two of MAXOUT KC's popular monthly video game tournament is happening this Saturday, starting at noon. Hosted at Toad's Pub and Perk (formerly known as the Daily Dose) in Overland Park, KS, this tournament features a full service bar in the back, as well as a coffee house with an espresso machine in the front.
There's also a unique food menu, with everything from chips and sandwiches to cheese quesadillas with salsa on the side. As Drew would put it, "MAXOUT's venue has some of the finest quesadillas in the world."
This month's lineup includes Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion, Street Fighter IV, BlazBlue, Guilty Gear XX Accent Core, and Street Fighter: HD Remix. Several of KC's finest gamers will be defending their title this season. They also have a wide variety of other games on hand if anyone is itching to prove their mettle in something else, from obscure retro titles to import fighting games.
