Now Trogdor does exist as a video game character. Although fans of the Homestar Runner series (which seems to be moving very slowly at the moment) will recognize the Beefy Armed One from his exploits in the fictitious Videlectrix games that bear his likenss, many others will remember him from a Strong Bad Email, from approximately 2003. Strong Bad is asked to draw a dragon, so he does.
No one ever said that he should draw a good dragon, but the consummate Vs and different Ses made it easy.
If you don't know anything about Homestar Runner, then you seriously are missing out on what is years of old internet memes. Anyway, in Troggie's video game incarnations, he has appeared as a playable character as well as a final boss.
He is playable in the game "Trogdor!!" where players must squish enough peasants for the Burnination sequence to begin, at that point, those thatched roof cottages are GONE. It's a suprisingly addictive game, because it's simple and easy, no doubt.
He is the end boss in "Peasant's Quest", but is so awesome and beefy that he is impossible to be destroyed by Rather Dashing, no matter what you do.
He is also the end boss in one of the newer "Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People" episodes, but I haven't had the chance to try it yet.
Trogdor's basic attacks are squishing/burninating peasants, and then just plain burnination. It's the simple things in life that make Trogdor interesting.
It's been many years since Trogdor hit the mainstream internet culture, but I know that he and all the Homestar Runner universe is still regarded as sacrosanct.

Nice "moving very slowly" ref in the opening line.
