At Tokyo Game Show, we were finally given some information about Konami's first Nintendo 3DS RPG. Beyond the Labyrinth features a combat that will play out in real time, rather than transitioning into a separate battle screen. The player will be able to move to evade foes and move at diagonal angles.
Each of the four characters in the game will have "different elemental affiliations and attacks with spell projectiles that deal damage differently according to the target's orientation," 1UP shares.
The girl that we have been seeing images of and that is shown in the trailer below, is someone that your team of four, is supposed to protect. Since she has her own health meter, you have to keep her from getting hurt during combat. The camera will remain on this girl, throughout the game. Although she has an innocent look to her, there are still upskirt shots that can very easily prevent it's release in North America. Let's hope that they will either fix that, or Nintendo just allows its release. Who are we kidding?
